I was up the other night trying to find something to eat..Which the ingredients laying around, I came up with this yummy Grill Chicken Wrap!!! This is a super quick and easy meal you can make in a flash with just a few ingredients. It makes a great lunch or even a light dinner. Excellent for the Healthy eaters and dieters!

Grilled Chicken Wrap
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast
Spinach
A mix of Italian cheeses
Sour Cream
Burittos
Hosin Sauce (or your favorite sauce)
Seasonings (pepper, garlic, onion)
A grill or waffle iron

Grilled Chicken Wrap
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast
Spinach
A mix of Italian cheeses
Sour Cream
Burittos
Hosin Sauce (or your favorite sauce)
Seasonings (pepper, garlic, onion)
A grill or waffle iron

- Heat up grill or waffle iron
- Grill chicken 5-7 (depending on iron) until golden brown
- Remove and cut into pieces
- Season and Coat chicken lightly with Hosin sauce or your favorite sauce, set aside
- Spread some Sour cream on Burrito (on one half)
- Add chicken, Spinach and Cheese to the same half
- Fold and place on grill
- Cook until golden brown
- Enjoy!
